He spends his time on the practical end of delivery: sourcing opportunities across Bristol and the South West, stress-testing assumptions before committing capital, managing refurbishment decisions on the ground, and keeping projects moving with clarity and control. Investor partners receive straightforward, regular updates — no jargon, no surprises.
